I love serving my community as a public servant.

It is illegal to overcharge someone for notary services.

and Mortgage Loan Documents.

I have an office in New Caney, Tx, and also offer Mobile Notary Services.

I learned how to read the Montgomery County Land Records in 2012.  

I was challenged to sell a property with a clouded title.

So I spent many hours in the County Clerk's Property Records.

If you want to buy Owner Finance,  I can do a Title Search

to ensure the Seller owns it.  I have found many trying to sell 

land that does not belong to them.  Don't get robbed!

 

I became an Ordained Minister in 2013.

I love Weddings! 

It is such a joy to be a part of your Ceremony.

I love working on making your ceremony script just right for you.

I also love those last-minute, "Please Marry Us!"

It just never gets old, so much to think about in the planning.

I work out of a small office next to my home, I am usually not busy
